Better diagnostics when we can't load SWISH::API to be able to track down the reasons [M. Stosberg]
If we can't load Search::Tools::HiLiter then just warn and move one without highlighting
UTF-8 is now the default.

How do we use this thing?

To install CGI::Application::Search, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Search

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Search
