Changes for version 1.07

-added noMinify flag to constructor. If set to true, javascript will not be minified. Helpful for debugging client side problems.

To install CGI::Lazy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Lazy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Lazy
