Changes for version 1.10

-fixed issue in Template where creation of an empty Lazy object was causing things to blow up under Strawberry Perl- didn't affect any real use, but the failure emails were getting annoying

To install CGI::Lazy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Lazy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Lazy
