CGI-Lazy-0.02-r2

Changes for version 0.02

-reformatted POD so it will display on cpan -pulled ModPerl.pm from distribution so tests pass. ModPerl will be distributed separately

To install CGI::Lazy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Lazy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Lazy
