Updated POE session constructor from the deprecated new() to the new create() method.
Removed a bunch of commented, deprecated code that was still a holdover from the 0.01

event-driven SNMP interface

in SNMP/Dispatcher.pm

To install POE::Component::SNMP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::SNMP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::SNMP
