Fixes:
Adjust basic.t to use the contents when it checks if one has an Internet connection. This will prevent tests from dyeing when trying to get raw_data

Simple API to Weather Underground Forecast Data

To install Weather::Underground::Forecast, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Weather::Underground::Forecast

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Weather::Underground::Forecast
