USAGE

lnation:Aloha lnation$ mxpdf pdf-name

or

lnation:Aloha lnation$ mxpdf pdf-name path/to/conf

or

	lnation:Aloha lnation$ mxpdf pdf-name path/to/conf path/to/content
 

Input is parsed per line.

You can currently prefix lines with the following markup

=Title
==Subtitle
===Subsubtitle
=t=Text Field
=a=Textarea Field(5)
=i=path/to/image.png
=l=
=s=Select(a,b,c,d):

The configuration file should be in yaml format.
