Changes for version 0.9.4

Added TODO file to keep track of ideas I want to implement, even though it's not really very full. Added examples directory to help add kwalitee. Added support for hashes as args to methods.

A simple module that analyzes a given source file and automatically generates t/*.t style tests for subroutines/methods it encounters.

To install Test::StubGenerator, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::StubGenerator

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::StubGenerator
