Changes for version 2.03

Change: tai64nlocal: used "%Y-%m-%d" instead of "%F" more portable, namely solaris strftime function does not support %F.

Perl extension for converting TAI64 strings into standard unix timestamps.

To install Time::TAI64, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::TAI64

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::TAI64
