Gather all CPAN licenses from cpanfile third party dependencies.

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm JMELLI/Module-LicenseScanner/LicenseScanner-1.14.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JMELLI/Module-LicenseScanner/LicenseScanner-1.14.tar.gz
