XMLRPC-Transport-HTTP-Server-0.13

Changes for version 0.13 - 2012-08-19

Removed pod-coverage since it just fails, the 3 subs don't need individual documentation since its covered by XMLRPC::Server and XMLRPC::Transport::HTTP::CGI.
Added encoding to pod.

XMLRPC::Lite HTTP Server

To install XMLRPC::Transport::HTTP::Server, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XMLRPC::Transport::HTTP::Server

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XMLRPC::Transport::HTTP::Server
