Remove pod-coverage from MANIFEST also.
Rewrite Makefile.PL to better check ExtUtils::MakeMaker version and use BUILD_REQUIRES.

XMLRPC::Lite HTTP Server

To install XMLRPC::Transport::HTTP::Server, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XMLRPC::Transport::HTTP::Server

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XMLRPC::Transport::HTTP::Server
