Read and manipulate Touchstone .s2p (and .sNp) files.

To install PDL::IO::Touchstone, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PDL::IO::Touchstone

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PDL::IO::Touchstone
