Changes for version 0.42 - 2013-03-04

ADDED
- Added the option to toggle the visibility of tabs and spaces (default: on)
- Added an input tab that allows input text to be sent as STDIN to the script when run.
FIXED
- Fix regression where editor is sometimes not visible when a file is opened. This regression happened from the 3.1 CodeMirror upgrade.
- Fixed various JSHint warnings.
CHANGED
- Upgrade to JSHint 1.0.0 stable
