Changes for version 1.3.5

ExtUtils::MakeMaker based module installer for XS modules.

Manager for module's payload.

Load XS modules which exports C functionality and check for binary compability.

To install XS::Install, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XS::Install

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XS::Install
