Changes for version 0.05 - 2011-07-07

Added a big WARNINGS in the pod to prevent people from using in the production code.

Fix double encoded UTF-8 bytes to the correct one

To install Encode::DoubleEncodedUTF8, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Encode::DoubleEncodedUTF8

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Encode::DoubleEncodedUTF8
