$ module-packer.pl --template MyApp --starter Foo::Starter$ module-packer.pl --template MyApp --starter Foo::StarterTo install Module::Packer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm Module::Packerperl -MCPAN -e shell
