explicitly use 'TAP::Parser::Aggregator' instead of relying on TAP::Archive to do it for us
Allow archive to be a directory in which case we just dump stuff in to it. Idea from Andy Armstrong and Steffen Schwigon.

Create an archive of TAP test results

To install TAP::Harness::Archive, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TAP::Harness::Archive

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TAP::Harness::Archive
