Changes for version 0.03

Removed Archive::Builder and Archive::Extract as dependencies because they have soooo many other dependencies. Just using Archive::Tar instead
Removed support for ZIP files (due to removing Archive::Extract). If this is needed we can always use Archive::Zip.

Create an archive of TAP test results

To install TAP::Harness::Archive, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TAP::Harness::Archive

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TAP::Harness::Archive
