Net-Mollom-0.04

Changes for version 0.04

tests now skip if we can't get data back from Mollom (now there are no failures if run offline)
use Module::Build::Smolder to make it easier to smoke test
Use Any::Moose instead of Squirrel

interface with Mollom web API

To install Net::Mollom, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Mollom

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Mollom
