When running a cached URL, we were mistakenly using the '$r' object from the cached request instead of the newly given one under mod_perl.

To install CGI::Application::Dispatch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Dispatch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Dispatch
