date-tag - print a simple date-tag in form YYYY-MM-DD-hhmmss

DESCRIPTION

A simple command that prints one line of with the current date-time tags in the form YYYY-MM-DD-hhmmss.

$ date-tag
2020-05-13-154542

Using cpan:

$ cpan App::Utils

Manual install:

$ perl Makefile.PL
$ make
$ make install

To install App::Utils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::Utils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::Utils
