Document writer for plain text format, one sentence (bundle) per line.

encoding: Output encoding. utf8 by default.
join_resegmented: Print the sentences re-segmented by Treex::Block::W2A::ResegmentSentences on one line.
to: The name of the output file, STDOUT by default.
