Changes for version 0.013 - 2011-03-27

include debug.sh in MANIFEST so it is distributed
missed a replacement of "perl" to Probe::Perl->find_perl_interpreter() last time. all should be covered now.
make all scripts executable (755) so interpreter doesn't need to be called on CLI.
add test for existence of generated debug.sh

creates a skeleton CGI::Application::Structured project.

template based module starter for CGI::Application::Structured apps.

To install CGI::Application::Structured::Tools, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Structured::Tools

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Structured::Tools
