Changes for version 0.007 - 2009-10-15

change perl interpreter in t/001_load.t from system default to $^X, the interpreter that is running the test. This was causing failure of test suite on some test systems.

creates a skeleton CGI::Application::Structured project.

template based module starter for CGI::Application::Structured apps.

To install CGI::Application::Structured::Tools, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Structured::Tools

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Structured::Tools
