Changes for version 0.14

I used Lingua::EN::Tagger 0.13 as base for the first version of Lingua::DE::Tagger. It uses an other (now german) corpus and some minor bugs were changed.

Part-of-speech tagger for English natural language processing.

To install Lingua::DE::Tagger, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::DE::Tagger

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::DE::Tagger
