NAME
callwrap.pl - [Web Interface] Check user input to Web interface and create discriminate.pl command to run on Web server
DESCRIPTION
This program constructs the discriminate.pl command that is run by the Web server. This program requires that you edit config.txt to fit your system. This will point to your PATH, PERL5LIB, and the locations of the cgi-bin, SC-cgi and SC-htdocs directories.
