Changes for version 0.09 - 2014-10-12

.travis.yml is updated to install Module::Build::Prereqs::FromCPANfile explicitly. This is because Travis-CI doesn't have cpanfile-dump command anymore.

cpanm Module::Starter::TOSHIOITO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Starter::TOSHIOITO
