Changes for version 0.14

The format produced by pod2usage() has changed, causing tests to fail. Tests now employ a regex that accepts either form. Small additions to the documentation.

Diagnostic delegation

To install Carp::Proxy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Carp::Proxy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Carp::Proxy
