Changes for version 0.06

Tests were failing on windows for what I assume were whitespace issues. In addition, I was missing three test dependencies in Makefile.PL

To install Carp::Proxy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Carp::Proxy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Carp::Proxy
