Changes for version 0.02

Added use locale to methods getSimilarStrings() and _trigramify() on kind suggestion by Oleg Bartunov. This should make keepOnlyAlNums and ignoreCase work correctly with non-ascii characters.

To install String::Trigram, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
