Turn off the UTF-8 flags inside of complex variable

To install Unicode::RecursiveDowngrade, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Unicode::RecursiveDowngrade

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Unicode::RecursiveDowngrade
