NAME

Shipwright::Util::PatchModuleBuild - use this to ignore man pages generation

DESCRIPTION

This stops Module::Build from failing to (or succeeding at) generating man pages during installation. It does this by replacing Module::Build::Base::ACTION_manpages with a noop
