added info to POD about attempts to deploy RELEASE_TESTING env var, and the log entry if not
finalized and tested in production

Default test run, but installs author test distributions

To install Test::BrewBuild::Plugin::Author, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::BrewBuild::Plugin::Author

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::BrewBuild::Plugin::Author
