Changes for version 0.05

remove enforcement of BEGIN time, it will just work at runtime as well
- removed test that tested this

Lift subroutine calls into the BEGIN phase

To install BEGIN::Lift, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm BEGIN::Lift

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install BEGIN::Lift
