handle different format in tests if Getopt::Long::Descriptive version >= 0.099 so fixed https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=102138
replace Perl6::Export::Attrs using Sub::Exporter
remove Build.PL from distribution

write usage to Pod

To install Getopt::Long::DescriptivePod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Getopt::Long::DescriptivePod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Getopt::Long::DescriptivePod
