by default disable the debug calls (which were consuming time even when debug level was low)

To install Apache::Filter::HTTPHeadersFixup, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::Filter::HTTPHeadersFixup

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::Filter::HTTPHeadersFixup
