Changes for version 0.05

Made changes to the Makefile.PL to make Net::LDAP and URI installation mandatory.
Tried to fix some documentation formatting issues
Update documentation to be more comprehensive

Apache-Perl module that enables you to authorize a user for Website based on LDAP attributes.

To install Apache::AuthzNetLDAP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::AuthzNetLDAP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::AuthzNetLDAP
