Changes for version 0.11

Added test.pl to allow the user to run "make test"
Updated the Makefile.PL to check and install mod_perl automatically.
Added notice of security problems associated with this module in Makefile, README and .pm files
Ported module to work with both modperl 1 and 2

mod_perl /etc/passwd Authentication module

To install Apache::AuthenPasswd, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::AuthenPasswd

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::AuthenPasswd
