Changes for version 2.08

Set the minimum perl version to 5.14 so we can use s///r. We can revisit if earlier versions are shown to be needed.

Run the pp (PAR Packager) utility while automatically finding dynamic libs to link

To install App::PP::Autolink, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::PP::Autolink

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::PP::Autolink
