Changes for version 1.39 - 2024-11-04

Share builds:
- Use Alien::Build::Plugin::Build::SearchDep only for shared aliens.
- This should avoid issues with system libs overriding shared aliens in downstream compilations.

Compile GDAL, the Geographic Data Abstraction Library

To install Alien::gdal, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::gdal

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::gdal
