Bug fix
- Work on older versions of Perl - don't use unicode_strings in the tests that don't need that feature, and explicitly specify parent as a prerequisite as that wasn't in core until 5.10.1.

To install LWP::JSON::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm LWP::JSON::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LWP::JSON::Tiny
