Changes for version 0.09 - 2013-08-15

Added support for clients which send an If-Modified-Since HTTP header in the request. We return a 304 if the file has not been changed.

Serve static files with HTTP::Server::Simple

To install HTTP::Server::Simple::Static, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTTP::Server::Simple::Static

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTTP::Server::Simple::Static
