Changes for version 0.61

Fix typo in GMPq.xs that caused https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=160045. Affected old perls only - circa version 5.16.x (5.18?) and earlier.

To install Math::GMPq, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::GMPq

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::GMPq
