Fix test failures on Perl 5.26 related to deprecated regex syntax (Julien Fiegehenn)

Provides configurable filtering of data that is logged to the debug logs (and error screen)

To install CatalystX::DebugFilter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CatalystX::DebugFilter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CatalystX::DebugFilter
