Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::wordmatch
Bioperl class for:
WORDMATCH Finds all exact matches of a given size between 2 sequences (EMBOSS)
Parameters:

Title : new()
Usage : my $wordmatch = Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::wordmatch->new($location, $email, @params);
Function: Creates a Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::wordmatch object.
This method should not be used directly, but rather by
a Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::Pise instance.
my $factory = Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::Pise->new();
my $wordmatch = $factory->program('wordmatch');
Example : -
Returns : An instance of Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::wordmatch.
