SYNOPSIS

  $obj = new Bio::Biblio::WebResource
                (-url  => 'http://resources/best.html',
                 -estimated_size => 45000);
# --- OR ---

  $obj = new Bio::Biblio::WebResource;
  $obj->cost ('0.3 EURO');

DESCRIPTION

A storage object for a citation quoting a web resource. See its place in the class hierarchy in http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~senger/openbqs/images/bibobjects_perl.gif
