Changes for version 2.06

Added sample config files.
Added SBOKEEPER_CONFIG environment variable: specify path to sbokeeper config file without the -c option.
dump command no longer dumps blacklisted packages.
/etc/sbokeeper/sbokeeper.conf was added as another potential default config path.

cpanm Slackware::SBoKeeper
