<TMPL_IF> and <TMPL_ELSE>
near total rewrite - faster, smaller, more "compiler-esque" code.
*MASSIVE* speedups in all modes - up to 10x faster!1
bug fix : param() wasn't returning names of LOOPs
This really is version 0.9 so 1.0 is coming up. Get those bug reports in!
