This module provides some supplemental mappings (fallbacks) from Unicode to CP-932, via a coderef.
$cp932_char = to_cp932_supplements($unicode_codepoint)-
It returns a CP-932 character (as a string) for some Unicode code points which are not mapped to CP-932. Otherwise it returns a null string.
e.g.
to_cp932_supplements(0xA5)returns"\x5C".
